Do you remember those anti drug commercials during the 80s and 90s of the guy deflated on the couch? This is what they used, I swear.
My anxiety is very bad. I was having a panic attack. I lit up a joint made of ice cream cake and rolled in a blueberry paper. The taste was creamy with hints of vanilla and nuts. Within a few puffs, my panic was replaced with peace. I am a daily, hourly smoker so my tolerance is crazy high. This stuff is the perfect indica. It also got rid of my nausea.
Long story short, this is definitely a good strain to keep nearby at all times, especially if you suffer from debilitating anxiety like me.

Harvested 3-9-24 by High Life Farms, MI., Branded: Chief Premium. The flavor is lacking, too peppery to be five star. 31.76% cannaboids, 29.30% ThcA, 2.10% Terps, 26.04% ThC, .63% caryophyllene, .63% Limonene, .45% Linalool. Scent if sweet vanilla, flowery, no pine or citrus. No dank or dirt. Large 1g nugs. Lumpy christmas tree, short stubby Indica shoulders, light green buds covered in sparkling trichomes, sporadic dark green terp postules, short sparse orange hairs, dry dusty firm nugs.
Touch of caryophyllene cough. Peppery, dry woody-tobacco sour smoke. Slight eye pressure.
Tingly, happy, uplifted, eye pressure, euphoria is good, warm relaxed shoulders, extremities are very relaxed – anti inflammatory.
Just not a great tasting, sour, flower.

Ice Cream Cake is a heavy, slow-rolling indica that hits more in the body than the head. Onset for me is warm and creeping: body high before my thoughts really change. The first 10–15 minutes feel cozy and calming without being instantly sedating, but once it settles in, it’s very clear this is not a “do stuff” strain. Midway is thick and indulgent: body feels weighted, pain and tension dial way down, and my mind goes pleasantly quiet without getting anxious or spirally. It’s not a mind-fuck like Sour or MAC — it’s more of a full-system dimmer switch. As it tapers off, the sleepiness becomes optional-but-tempting; if I’m on the couch, probably staying there. Great night strain, great for turning the volume down on everything, and one of those weighty indicas that feels clean rather than sloppy if the extract is done right.
